  • Check in is anytime after 3:00PM, check out is no later than 10:00AM

  • Cleaning fee of $100 will be charged

  • Absolutely no pets allowed.

  • Use of garage and office are not permitted by guests

  • Property is shared with Dimillo’s Marina

    • Marina guests will be on the property but have NO access to the home
